“Trinity Auto in White Bear Lake is the real deal.
They performed a free oil change for me during their annual Salute to Veterans event—and even provided lunch. That alone says a lot about who they are, but the service backs it up. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional. They walk you around your vehicle while it’s on the hoist and show you exactly what they’re looking at.
Both of their shops are unbelievably clean and well-organized—honestly some of the cleanest automotive facilities I’ve ever stepped into. The pride they take in their workspace gives me confidence they’ll take the same level of care with my vehicle.
If you’re looking for an honest, affordable, and genuinely friendly auto repair shop that gives back to the community and truly puts their money where their mouth is, look no further. No job is too big or too small for this top-notch team. Highly recommend Trinity Auto.”
“Came here after a very poor experience with Tires Plus, so I am a first time customer but if I have other needs I will return. I was really happy with my service here! The man at the front desk (I think the same guy who answered the phone) was very kind and I appreciated that he gave me a time estimate on when it’d be done. The techs who worked on it fixed my issue! Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend this place.”
“Shayle was very helpful and stayed open a little late to get my trailer tires installed. Zach was very willing to stay as well to get the job done. Highly recommended and half the price of fleet farm to install.”
“Bought some new tires from this location and had a gentleman by the name of Pao help me. Very professional and was able to get them on in a timely manner. Definitely recommend and going back for my other vehicles.”
“Been going to that shop for 25 years they’ve always done a wonderful job. I would Highly recommend them integrity is at the for front of their business which for an auto repair shop. That’s hard to find”
“I was out of town from Chicago and had a flat tire. I panicked and called Jared crying (called a few other tire places and they said they didn't have my tire). He calmed me down and helped me with what I needed to do. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary (especially knowing that I was a 6hr drive from home and I was willing to pay whatever it took to get my car driving again) and fixed my tire so I could make it home. I made it home! Thanks, Jared!!! I appreciate you and how patient you were with me. You are a gem and I hope you are treated as such!”

“I was hearing a little 'ticking' sound coming from the engine bay and it turns out that I was just low on oil. I should have checked that first, but nonetheless, they filled my oil and got me in and out and I very much appreciate that!”
