“At the age of 73, I joined F45 in Woodbury, MN.Purpose of joining has been to rebuild my muscular strength after an AFib ablation, a coronary stent implant, and a Watchman implant to allow me to go off blood thinners.I have sports oriented all my life; However, “Mother Nature” always has a different plan.I spend my time at F45 focused weight and strength training. My coaches, Shari and Nate, keep me focused, and make sure I am using the correct techniques and form. Granted, at 73, I don’t worry about style points… but I get a great workout, I have met some nice people, and I work on getting in shape with 36 sets of exercise in a 45 minute, session. ??”

I was skeptical going into this gym but was overwhelmed with coach and owner Matt's knowledge and support. Being 55+ I was unsure if I could handle the workouts and was extremely impressed with the options and support from not only coach but the workout community.
