Needless to say, Matt, Richard & Jim kept pursuing the issue, I keep calling in but it takes time when dealing with the mothership but it finally was rectified.

Walked right in with no wait, Picked up the new phones, ready to go with easy at home transfer and then dropped off the old ones with no issues once we took everything off them we needed.
