“My experience at Verizon and White Bear Lake has been unbelievable rod. The employee there is the kindest employee that I have ever had with Verizon in the 25+ years. I’ve worked with that company. He is patient and thorough and displays such professionalism. I watched him with an elderly woman in her 80s Help her and he was so clear for her to understand and patient and kind and explained everything to her offered her so many things to help her out when she was feeling frustrated and he did the same for me too. He made it the easiest transition to a new phone that I’ve ever had and I will definitely keep coming back to this Verizon as long as Rod is there .”

“I went to the arcade/st.paul boost location and met Louisa, whom saved my life! My phone screen stopped working and she got me set up with a new phone and plan. I was having a nervous breakdown and Louisa calmed me down and took care of everything! She was amazing, she truly cares about every customer, even the panic stricken, cell phone illiterate like me that probably tested every nerve she has. She was professional, down to earth and real with me. She went above and beyond her typical job duties and I really enjoyed her personality, she was easy to understand. Louisa is AWESOME! “Fosmon Wave Link 51005HOM works great for our two cats! Didn't need the bracket. Used 3M removable Velcro to attach sensor to wall 8" from floor near litter box pathway. Plugged in receiver in another centrally located room. Now when the vet visits require a "sample" we know who used the litter box. Great being able to choose chime volume and type. Can't thank these folks enough for creating a really smart unit.”

On Thursday 1/18/24 I went into the West St. Paul Verizon Wireless store on Robert Street to buy a new screen protector. The wait time was 10 mins. and I was assisted by Jason, the store manager. “I went in a few days ago to have someone help with activating new phones we ordered online. Even though this wasn't a sale for the store, Colton helped me through every step! He is a great multitasker and has great energy (bouncing from customer to customer as needed while not neglecting me). He has awesome people skills and even left me at one point to hold the door open for someone who may have needed help. Colton wasn't pushy with any add-on sales. In fact, I brought up internet service and within minutes he reduced my current internet bill by about 60% so I left my current provider right on the spot! I wanted to give a shoutout to Colton and the entire team at the Stillwater store. Note to corporate: I have a lot of history in Retail HR Management, and I say that Colton should be managing his own store!”

“Picture this... it's the dead of winter and my lips are so dry they've been bleeding for the past three days that I've woken up (and I can't find any of my chapstick!). Enter my favorite Target! My strongly needed aquafor was easy to find and now my lips can begin their healing journey. Thank you Target for always being there to help when I need you the most! Unfortunately, I am only able to rate this location four stars because today they had half of their parking lot blocked off (for a reason I don't know!) and I was unable to park in my favorite spot. This new occurrence set me off of my groove and I was unable to enjoy my shopping trip to the fullest degree.”
