“Always willing to take a look at your phone when you walk in the door. Other repair places have told me my phone would need to replace the charging port. They cleaned the port thoroughly and the phone charges perfectly. Highly recommend!”
“Clean store. Saw paper towels and windex out. Everyone including myself was greeted in a timely fashion. Nada went above and beyond. I traded my old iPhone 6s on my old rate plan and she found me a promo and made sure I was taken care of even when the upgrade system was down. She took one for the team and she had earned her title. And she’s a 12/10. Awesome store. Awesome store manager. This is coming from someone who worked in that store 10 years ago as a younger pup.

“Recently dropped my phone down a a hole while ice fishing. I wasn’t able to log into my iCloud to retrieve my backups or data because the phone number associated with the account was on the bottom of a lake. It took a few visits but nonetheless they helped me get another phone activated so I was able to log into apple and retrieve everything. Great service at this store and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and dealt with multiple staff and each time everything went well and I got all the info I needed and more when they weren’t able to settle an issue on that particular visit.”

He helped us sort out our account and he was very friendly and accommodating. I find the store very easy to interact with and prefer to go there for any open questions I have. “Fosmon Wave Link 51005HOM works great for our two cats! Didn't need the bracket. Used 3M removable Velcro to attach sensor to wall 8" from floor near litter box pathway. Plugged in receiver in another centrally located room. Now when the vet visits require a "sample" we know who used the litter box. Great being able to choose chime volume and type. Can't thank these folks enough for creating a really smart unit.”

“10+ years ago, I didn't like coming to this location due to the employees not being welcoming, friendly, and they were snotty when a question was asked and that was the last time there but this time my daughter wanted to go there and The employees this time were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. New workers. This location had good amount of phone, Ipad/tablet, and etc to choose from. Highly recommend this location.”

She was simultaneously transferring information across different phones for different customers, and what could have easily been a stressful situation was handled with total professionalism, calm confidence, and impressive organization. She communicated clearly, stayed focused, and never once appeared overwhelmed. By the time everything was finished, each customer left completely satisfied.
