“I want to recognize Carlo A. at the Biloxi, Ms (Cedar Lake) store for his exemplary service on Dec 12. Very competent, friendly, and professional service. I was super stressed about my vehicle; he reassured me, put me at ease, and fixed my problem, as well as checked to make sure it wasn’t any other issues. I previously went to another Autozone in the area to change my battery the day before and it turns out the bolts weren’t tightened down enough, which thankfully was the only issue. Biloxi Autozone is now my go-to store.”

Shaun even gave me recommendations on a battery starter if I was by myself, which is pretty awesome not many people would do that.

“Provided an accurate 2nd opinion agreeing with Firestone's diagnosis for an alternator and battery replacement 30 minutes prior. Unfortunately, both systems failed before the 5 mile trip back to Firestone. Bummer.”
“Had a check engine light come on my diesel motorhome which was a Nox sensor malfunction. Called Danny on Monday afternoon and took it in Tuesday afternoon. Was going out of town in a few days and needed motorhome back ASAP. Got it back Wednesday afternoon. This is the second time I have used them. Highly recommend Johnson Diesel Service for repairs.”

“James in the Cedar Lake store is awesome! I was in the store on Nov 17 needing wiper blades for my wife's car. I purchased them and they offer free installation. My blades have always been difficult to replace but James was patient and made sure they fit correctly. My rear wiper had never been replaced so it was especially difficult to remove. I was VERY IMPRESSED with his customer service! Great job James and a great store overall.”

“They don't inventory minor things like seats or certain cosmetic things. They don't charge to walk the lot like Barry's U pull it does. Barrys charges $2 just to go see if you need is there. ABC does a 90 day warranty with receipt. They are organized. Large lot. Over 20 acres of vehicles. Call first and They will check inventory for you”
