“The Avis location at the Beau Rivage is the most efficient rental location I have ever used. Even though Jeannelle work by herself she always delivers outstanding customer service.
She has multiple duties, singing your paperwork, retrieving your rental and checking your vehicle back in.
Even with all this pressure to perform her duties, she is always happy to do what she can to make sure you receive excellent customer service.
If you need a car while you are in Biloxi be sure to use this location. You will be glad you did.”

At the time we went to pick up on Saturday May 25, there was only one young lady working on the inside (I believe her name was Shenika) and there were about 6 customers waiting. She worked quickly and diligently to ensure that everyone was helped in a timely manner. There store was clean and she had an amazing attitude. I would rent from that location exclusively if I could deal with that agent every time. Keep up the great work.”
“Exceptional!!From now on, I will drive to Gulfport to J Allen, from Hattiesburg to do business with Toyota. This will be local dealership. (Btw, Hattiesburg has a Toyota dealership, if you catch me). I received such urgent care on a recall on my Camry when Hattiesburg wouldn't take the time to even care. Jaylen (sp) was very respectful and had my timely needs in mind!! I was planning to leave on Monday on a 9 hr drive and the brake system malfunctioned (the recall) on Friday and he went above and beyond to get my car fixed and me back on the road when Hattiesburg (for the second time) had no time for me and wouldn't even TRY to work me in. I'm highly impressed with J Allen and will continue to drive an hour from now on!!”
“I been renting with Enterprise in that same facility for almost 30yrs, can’t complain because most of the staff is very friendly, but disorganized some times. I don’t understand why only one person on the front desk trying to deal with a lobby full of customers, while other members sitting around on front and back desk. Also makes a very bad impression when a employee on uniform, on duty remove a vehicle from the returning line so aggressively, drive thru the busy parking lot like a mad woman, and appears to be ok. I brought that to their attention and instead of taking responsibility for it, denied the existence of that individual and actions. Luckily, no one got hit or hurt.”
