“Visit T-Mobile today to ask about restoring a deleted file on my message app to keep notes. I met Crystal Mathews (Retail Training Store Manager). She was very helpful and friendly. She listened to my needs. She was very knowledgeable about iPhone. I learned since I did not have my ICloud on, I couldn’t retrieve my deleted message contact. She with my permission turn on my ICloud and also added the Notes app to my phone.

“I upgraded my iPhone from a 6 to a SE 3rd gen. I went to the Edgewater AT&T store this morning and asked if I needed a new SIM card. The gentleman said no, then changed the SIM card from the old phone to my new phone and tested it to make sure it operated properly. I asked if there was any charge and he said no. I have been with AT&T for many years and appreciate the service that I received today.”

Even in the situation I was dealing with at the time I first came to this location, William went above and beyond his duty! He helped me get a great deal on my Favorite Brand and Style of Mobile Phones. My Cricket Wireless Phone was left in the CTA Bus seat and not given to the CTA Bus Driver by the person who found it.
