Anytime I have to go into cricket stores after 2 swift as far as handling business first, friendly, and even conversational and helpful but not intrusive at all like some phone stores (which i understand WHY it's like that, but just not my cuppa tea). I would literally choose even going down there instead of paying online just BECAUSE it's like the most ideal visit: To the point, yet friendly to us before, after, and to everyone that was with us (not just the paying customer, and like personal but not too personal) unrushing, and understanding of needs given my description of my reasons for being there. “Ashley at the TMobile store on 49 assisted my mother this week and I appreciate all of her help.
My mother was reluctant to change phone/internet providers because change is difficult and technology can be confusing. She finally went into the TMobile store and Ashley showed her such kindness and patience.
Ashley’s customer service was exemplary! She took the time to answer my mom’s questions as she explained the process and she even took it one step further by setting up her existing device and unboxing her new equipment and getting them ready to go for when she got home.
