We were having serious issues with our vehicle—anything from the head gasket to the fuel injectors or even the transmission. I called Addison to schedule a time for him to take a look, and during that call, he did something rare: instead of taking advantage of my uncertainty and charging me for diagnostics or repairs, he recommended we contact the dealership due to a warranty extension he knew about for our make and model. Sure enough, the issue was covered, and the dealer replaced the fuel injectors at no cost.

It took them around an hour to take swap out the wheels on my truck and place the old wheels in the bed. The building was clean and they were very friendly. I bought a 2025 Expedition Active Max from Sean, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. My wife had a very specific setup in mind , the Max body style in the Active trim and in the color she wanted - and Sean never once tried to push us toward something else more available “just to make a sale.” He helped us order exactly what we were looking for, even though it wasn’t something they had on the lot.
He kept the whole process simple. No pressure, no weird sales tactics, no games with the numbers. He walked me through the financing options in a way that actually made sense, kept me updated while the vehicle was coming in, and followed through on everything he said he would.
I don’t usually enjoy buying cars. Most of the time it feels like you’re bracing yourself for something. This was the first time I’ve walked away from a dealership and couldn’t point to a single part of the experience I was unhappy with. Sean was just easy to work with, and he took care of us the way you hope someone will when you’re spending that kind of money.
