The sushi, antipasto, and deli are always great, and the woman at the cheese counter was attentive and very helpful. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. “Polk’s employees have been extremely helpful when explaining my medications and communications with me regarding my refills or when my medications are out of refills. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have noticed that on my prescription labels, it shows how many refills I have remaining. This is a great practice for CUSTOMER ACCOUNTABILITY! They are the pharmacy team, so I know handling so many prescriptions keeps them busy, but making sure I reach out to my doctor makes it a little easier on them and it builds a better relationship. “Never really had a problem. I wanted to write about an excellent customer service experience I had with one particular great lady, and later on her wonderful colleague. My experience started with Kaitlin - just as professional AND compassionate as can be. She put in my refills over the phone for me. To my surprise within 5 mins Kaitlin called me back, one of my refills actually wouldn't be able to process until the next day. I have NEVER had that experience before! In my situation it was super amazing she did that. I believe she wasn't even required to. She just did it. She would be the finest example of Great and Excellent customer Service where they go the extra mile! Her colleague - Cassidy. Cassidy is the lady who gave me service at the register. In my short interaction with her, she was a delightful, sweet,and an exemplar of customer service. I thank these beautiful souls! Absolutely switch or start going to the Kroger in Brandon! I sure am enjoying it!”

“Absolutely LOVE this pharmacy. Been using it for 20 years. My only complaint is there are no lines, so when the lobby gets full you have people cutting in front of you even after telling them "hey, we're waiting here first"”
