“I decided to refurbish my 18-year-old Large Big Green Egg, and I am so glad I chose Perkins Ace Hardware. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and immediately offered assistance. An employee walked me to the Big Green Egg section, where another staff member provided mind-blowing service.
I ended up spending nearly $400 on supplies, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the store's organization and their extensive selection of Green Egg products. It is clearly a well-managed business that hires quality people. A special thanks to Richard, who was kind enough to sell me a lid from a display model so I wouldn't have to make the 50-mile drive back from Tylertown again.
Big-box stores simply cannot compete with this level of personal service; in my experience, they don't even come close. The employee who helped me with my selection—who also happens to own a Green Egg himself—was incredibly knowledgeable. If you need expert help and great service, this is the place to go!”
