“I received an error about a LED error on the left front light of my 2021 Lexus RC350. I went to Carl Hogan Toyota. They diagnosed the system needed to be placed. I was required to pay up front for the parts. That was the first I have had to do that from a dealership. Of course I was shocked that the parts and labor was $6000. They ordered the parts and they were successfully installed. The customer service personnel were great. I couldn’t give them 5 stars when I was not trusted to pay my bill for parts.”
