“Great stay here. Pleasant surrounding, big rooms, great shower, good bed, super fast wifi, nearly perfect and definitely a recommendation. Some smaller issues (only one bin in the room, small sink in kitchenette etc.) are there but will not cause any problems ☺️”

“We came to stay at this Holiday Inn to attend a graduation. The 3rd floor is being renovated and our room was nicely renovated. The staff was kind and helpful. The only issue we encountered was getting stuck on the elevator. I didn't panic. The doors finally opened and we took the stairs to our room floor. The continental breakfast was good, too. Love the egg whites.”

“Staff was helpful and greeted us every time we entered the lobby. Team also sent texts to inquire if we needed anything. Beds were comfortable! Breakfast was typical hotel food but plenty of it. The waffle iron worked and the grits were delicious!!
We were apprehensive before arriving when we read some of the reviews. I don’t always post a review but wanted to make the effort as I would stay here again.”
“The reviews on this place are crazy. It’s a nice, clean, and CHEAP place to stay, and everyone in Cleveland has been so friendly. I’m thinking about stopping on my way back from New Orleans just to soak in the vibes before heading back to Chicago.”

“Ms. Moore (manager) greeted me with her southern hospitality and beautiful smile when I arrived. She was very polite ,friendly and attentive to my needs and I didn’t have to do anything except a couple of questions to verify who I was. The rooms were very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice,fresh fruit and several other items. Unfortunately they were out of coffee but if that’s the only thing negative I have to say about my stay that tells you everything else was above expectations! Friendly hospitality and a clean room with a comfortable bed, nice thick bath towels just doesn’t get any better than this!! I will be back!! Thank you Quality Inn Cleveland Mississippi sure does sleep good at your place!”
