“The staff were really nice and professional. The truck had some issues that I think needs to be addressed: 1. The steering wheel too much play in it. Hard to drive on the highway. 2. It seems to have transmission problems because I noticed that it went above 3rpm before changing gears that came with a large jerk. 3. I could smell fuel inside the cab so strong I had to roll the windows down. 4. The fact that there were roaches in the truck was unsatisfactory. They were so bad in the first truck that was assigned to me that the nice young man switched trucks and the new truck had only a couple I could see so we went on with it. 5. And why is there never any dollies?!
But we did get moved safely and returned the truck on time. I'm still a fan of this location no matter what.”
“Cameron was an absolute dream to work with- so much so, I am not even out of the parking lot and wanted to stop and write a review. We are moving mom deceased mother’s items from Jackson to outside of Pittsburgh and decided last minute to get a moving truck- not only did Cameron get me one the online search was not showing, but he hooked us up with all we needed to get the job done- he even carried it out to my sister’s vehicle and loaded stuff. All of this wonderful customer service was provided and I didn’t even have to ask.
I used to check U-Haul first, but moving forward, I will be a loyal Penske customer. On another note, Cameron’s superior attitude and positivity was a bright shining rainbow after the just having a itnesses my sister deal with the lady at U-Haul ( where she already had a reservation and only needed to pick up) who made even me feel like a complete annoying gnat who was trying to make her day hell.
Cameron- your attitude and kindness did NOT go unnoticed and was so very much appreciated on a hectic and emotional day.
