“I wanted to thank everyone at this location for being polite, professional and extremely friendly from the moment I walked through there door. I was having trouble finding a larger pick up from another location and Ms. Melody called me immediately from her Richland office to let me know she had a 3/4 ton available for me if I wanted it. Once I arrived at the Richland location I was immediately greeted by everyone as soon as I walked through the door. Mr. Landry handled my paperwork and had me in and out of the office very quickly. He was extremely friendly and willing to go out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I am not the type of person who leaves reviews, I’m a laid back guy who don’t like drawing attention to myself but felt this was one instance I felt necessary in thanking all of those at the Richland Enterprise Truck Rental. Thank you all so much. I hope there work doesn’t go unnoticed in the future.

“I submitted my photos in the system and downloaded a photo in the system of the gas not being where it was said to be in contract and uhaul never even gave me credit for putting the gas back on half a tank even though it was not on half when I got, but they charged me the extra miles though but never gave me credit!!! WHAT A SHAME!!!!”

“When I visited there I went and bought a three-ball hitch for my vehicle and they did good I'd say I mean I got what I was going to get and I got it for pretty decent price so it's kind of like going in a parts store though you know it's pretty straightforward”
“I recently rented a truck from Penske in Richland, MS and overall had a good experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and got me in and out quickly. The rental process was smooth, and I appreciated the clean truck and the convenience of after-hours drop-off.
That said, the truck I received had an aggressive balancing problem, which made for a rough and tiring 10-hour drive. It did not ruin the trip, but it was definitely uncomfortable for such a long haul.
Despite that issue, Penske still delivered on service and professionalism, and I’d consider renting from them again, just hoping for a smoother ride next time.”
“Great experience overall, even though the online reservation system over communicates the fact that you have a reservation. Several messages via text, email and phone call was a bit too much. Regardless, they were ready with the right vehicle that was clean. Both pick up and drop off were seamless and the vehicle operated as designed, no issues no hiccups, just as needed, moving is hectic enough as is. I would rent again from U-Haul and I would rent again from the Ridgeland location.”
“Cameron was an absolute dream to work with- so much so, I am not even out of the parking lot and wanted to stop and write a review. We are moving mom deceased mother’s items from Jackson to outside of Pittsburgh and decided last minute to get a moving truck- not only did Cameron get me one the online search was not showing, but he hooked us up with all we needed to get the job done- he even carried it out to my sister’s vehicle and loaded stuff. All of this wonderful customer service was provided and I didn’t even have to ask.
I used to check U-Haul first, but moving forward, I will be a loyal Penske customer. On another note, Cameron’s superior attitude and positivity was a bright shining rainbow after the just having a itnesses my sister deal with the lady at U-Haul ( where she already had a reservation and only needed to pick up) who made even me feel like a complete annoying gnat who was trying to make her day hell.
Cameron- your attitude and kindness did NOT go unnoticed and was so very much appreciated on a hectic and emotional day.

“U-Haul Storage of North Jackson is open 7 days a week, unlike most U-Haul rental businesses in the Jackson area. Their staff was friendly & knowledgeable when I picked up the van. We rented the XL 9' cargo van and it turned out to be perfect to hold all the furniture we needed to move from New Orleans to Jackson, MS. We loaded a 3 seater couch, a 6'x5' bookcase, a 6'x4' cabinet, 2 side tables, a coffee table and a rocking recliner... plus our furniture dolley..all into the cargo area! Van ran well and was clean and got better gas mileage than we expected. We were also very happy with the rental price.. it beat the estimates we were given by Penske, Budget and Enterprise by more than $100. Will use this business again and will recommend it to friends/family!”

Leathia, at the Pearl location, made sure I got a truck, politely explained everything to me, and closed out my transaction with a smile!!
