I was stuck at Mr. Chen's waiting for a roadside assistance jump- right around closing time when Lucas stepped up, came over, and jumped my car himself. He didn't just stop there—even though it was the end of the day, he also installed the new battery in my car right then and there. His willingness to help a stranded driver when he was supposed to be wrapping up completely saved my day.
