“I just picked up my Ford F-150 . They did an amazing job fixing it. I backed into a pole and damaged the passenger side fender and front bumper. The paint looks perfect and the gaps in the body panels are very even . Everyone that works there is friendly. This vehicle is my work truck and they got it fixed quickly so I can be back in business.”

“Only one really helpful and courteous lady on the counter... fielding phones, waiting on customers and trying to get the delivery man gone. She is THE ONLY REASON I'm giving 5 Stars. Thank you!”

“I cannot thank Lucas enough for going completely above and beyond for me! I was stuck at Mr. Chen's waiting for a roadside assistance jump- right around closing time when Lucas stepped up, came over, and jumped my car himself. He didn't just stop there—even though it was the end of the day, he also installed the new battery in my car right then and there. His willingness to help a stranded driver when he was supposed to be wrapping up completely saved my day. I am incredibly thankful and appreciative of his kindness, professionalism, and amazing customer service. AutoZone is lucky to have someone who genuinely cares about people. Thank you, Lucas!”

“The guy working on my tire did a great job and did take him longer than usual but afterwards he told me to take the car to Gateway next time since it was hard for him to put the tires on. At least he was honest and finished the job he started.”
