“Awesome place, awesome service!! Everybody was very nice and explained things in a way I could understand. Me and my wife went on September 4th 2024 for a transmission fluid exchange and the technicians diagnosed a very loud whining noise from the engine which I thought was normal, but it is not. But they quickly showed me and explained what was wrong, how much it would be, and my car is seriously running like new again. Thank you to everybody at the ford dealership, God bless.”

“I stopped by Mike’s OK Tire on a Friday around 4 p.m. (they close at 5:30) to ask about the cost of a wheel alignment. The price was reasonable, so I asked if they might be able to fit me in that same day. They told me it wouldn’t be a problem—and they meant it. They got my alignment done in about 45 minutes, maybe even less.
The entire team was kind, welcoming, and efficient. I truly appreciated the way they took care of both me and my vehicle. Highly recommend!”
“Mr. Cox is a good strong Christian man who is always respectful. He and his helper are very thorough and get it right the first time. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for his work. I recently brought my car to him after another garage charged me for a part that didn't fix it. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. “I went by William Wells on Wednesday 07/23/25 and talked to Cory about a problem I was having with my blower on my air conditioner/heater. I didn't know if it was the blower motor or the wheel that moves the air through the ducts or both and ask if that was something they could fix. He said they could fix it. It was almost lunch time and if I didn't want to leave it then that I could bring it back after lunch or bring it in the next morning. And me like most people didn't want to be without my truck for days waiting on it to be fixed. He told me that more then likely they could get it fixed Wednesday. So I brought it back at 8 Wednesday morning but he didn't know for sure how long it may take to fix it because they haven't even looked at it yet. I didn't have no one to take me back home so I could wait at home instead of staying at the shop maybe all day. So he said he would be glad to get one of the workers to take me home. It was about 8:30 then and about 11:00 he text me and said my truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. I told him I still didn't have a ride to pick it up. So he gladly sent an employee to my house and brought me back to get my truck. The price was what figured it might be for what they did. But the best part was they fixed it in a way faster time then I thought it could be fixed and did everything they could to make it easy on me was all very polite and treated me with respect. That is something you hardly ever find these days and believe me, it impressed me. Thank you to William Wells and crew for what they did for me.”

“y'all were short staffed and a routine truck pickup took us way longer than it should have (3 hours total, NB: They guy apologized when he finally got round to us but it was still valuable time I didn't have to spare!). Secondly, your trailer is broken yet your online system allows people to rent it out and they only find out it's unavailable when they get there. please fix this. We ended up having to rent a trailer from uhaul to go with the truck we reserved. The truck and trailer were incompatible and we had to drive it across the country. I almost got a ticket for it in Wyoming. I am upgrading my rating to four stars because you reached out to me and I'll be very grateful if you would please hire more people and have your online website truly reflect the reality at your location.
