“30 minutes to change and balance all 4 of my tires, quite impressive! I know it could take longer depending on how many are ahead of you, but I’ve always had a good experience getting tires here. I like being able to order tires online and having them shipped to store for install. I see where others have had issues but I think the techs are skilled and do a good job. The balance is always great and no tire pressure errors.”

“I want to brag on the team at the Columbus location! I can always depend on them to take care of me on the fly. 2 weeks ago I had a nail in my tire and noticed as I was driving how low my tire was. Pulled into their shop and the tire was repaired within 30 min. Today my power steering first went out then the electrical, thank God I had enough momentum to pull into their shop. Nick, the manager; walked out to greet me as I pulled in and gave my updates throughout their tests. Luckily my battery connector was just loose. They sent me on my way within 30 min or so! Happy customer!!”
