“I went by there today to have the spine cut off of a book and have it hole punched to fit a certain notebook. They were very accommodating and went right to work on it. Great work.”
“Have to take it. I ordered an embroidery machine. It says it was delivered here, but I was home all day and it wasn’t delivered here. I called FedEx one 800 number and they said neither my name nor address was on the package won’t even give me a copy of the reason why but how did you know which package I was talking about? They can’t or won’t give me a reason for any of it. Guess someone had a good Christmas at my expense.”

“Really busy location when I visited around 9am on a Friday morning. Only 1 employee working and the line was to the door, about 8 people in line. But the lady at the counter was really courteous and said hello with a smile. Nice customer service.”
