“Have to take it. I ordered an embroidery machine. It says it was delivered here, but I was home all day and it wasn’t delivered here. I called FedEx one 800 number and they said neither my name nor address was on the package won’t even give me a copy of the reason why but how did you know which package I was talking about? They can’t or won’t give me a reason for any of it. Guess someone had a good Christmas at my expense.”

“I drove all over put more than 140 miles on my car, going to all the FedEx locations. I was looking for FedEx buildings. These do not exist. GPS locations are inside Dollar Generals, or Family Dollars or Walgreens. The 1800 number does not tell you anything like this. If you do not have a landlines they will not give you directions. The computer says will send you a link and then they hang up with no link received. I called twice, same thing.”
