“So I lost my husband's lawnmower key. I asked AI and it said there is such a thing as a universal lawnmower key. I normally try to shop locally, however, I checked Walmart and Lowe's because I need the lawn mowed now! BOTH HAD TO SHIP ! (I own a business just down from Corinth Hardware and normally get things there. The staff are so helpful and I can always find a person available. ) I decided well I'm already in the dog house let me just walk down there and check... The man walked me right to it! It was cheaper than Lowes key was and they had to order! 5 DOLLARS! That was the quickest and the cheapest anyone ever got out of the doghouse!!! Thanks again ..... “we were searching for a pecan roller- no one in town had it -we called Wrotens Hardware and they had several in stock and the salesman did a great job demonstrating the ones they had when we arrived . my wife picked out the one she liked and we paid and thanked the salesman . we were headed to Florence Alabama to get one but thanks to Wroten ace Hardware we bought local-”

“This review is about two employees. Colton in the pro shop part of the business and the other guy whose name I didn’t get. These guys were amazing. I had a custom order and took my carpenter with me. We told them what we needed, and Colton and the other guy proceeded to work with my Carpenter to build exactly what I needed and gave me options from two different companies that the item could be ordered from. I had previously been to Lowe’s trying to order this myself and the person helping me tried to push me in other directions and also wanted me to use Lowes installation services, which I’ve not heard great things about from friends who did use Lowe’s installers. Never once did Colton say well y’all should use our service - he didn’t push me in any direction and the only thing he did was continually ask me and my carpenter questions so that he could build what I needed. When we got to the second half of my order, Colton said that he could not fulfill it because of a particular size that I needed that none of the manufacturers that Lowes worked with provided, so he suggested that I go to Home Depot in Tupelo because he knew that they worked with different manufacturers that possibly could do the size that I needed and again he suggested calling their pro shop on the phone before I drove down there. This reminded me of the scene in the movie Miracle on 34th St. where the two department stores in New York City started referring people to their competitors when they didn’t have what the customers wanted. That made me extremely proud for Lowes that they have an employee that puts the customer first. Thank you, Colton”
