“The folks in Corinth are super helpful and Friendly. Just wish Harbor freight would allow ship to store. Went this morning looking for 3 Quinn master socket sets on sale for 35% percent off. Found the ¼ and ⅜ no problem. Asked the cashier if they had any ½ left and they had one in the back! Also got the 12 ton bottle jack for 38% off! Score!”
“I recently visited Lowe’s and was greeted by Hanna, who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming, and truly a bright spot during my visit, exactly the kind of customer service you hope for. Unfortunately, my experience with another employee, Crystal, was the complete opposite. She came across as rude and condescending, both toward me and seemingly toward her coworkers. It made the me uncomfortable and left a negative impression. Customer service should be consistent, and while Hanna set a great example, Crystal’s behavior did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect. Lowe’s take note! Hire more employees like Hanna! That would make a big difference.”
