“I've been a customer of City Drug for at least 25-30 years. And I've been visiting their store since I was a little girl in the '70's, when they were on Front Street. I've seen this store grow a whole lot in 40 years! But no matter how much it's grown, the staff has always been friendly, and the pharmacists are always helpful and knowledgeable. And they have a nice selection of gifts, and offer many services!The only "complaint" I would have, is that their prices on some of their general merchandise (especially gift items) are a little steep in my opinion (I mean, this is a small town, not Madison or Ridgeland). But I find that to be the case with a lot of the stores (mostly "mom & pop" /boutique stores) around Crystal Springs.”

“I won’t go anywhere else!!! They close at 6. I called and told the workers that I’ll be there at 5:55 because I was trying to get my medicine when I got off work. I arrived at exactly 5:55 and once inside the workers said if you wouldn’t have made it by 6 I was going to wait on you outside! Y’all that made my heart smile! These are genuine people that care about their customers! I love this little home town pharmacy 😊”
