“Incredible customer service. I called to purchase a rotary cutter. The owner was real nice and gave me all of the information I needed. I called three days later and said "I'll be there in 2 hours". When I arrived, they had the rotary cutter ready and pressured washed. They loaded it on my trailer and the workers even used my straps to tie it down.One point for anyone buying from them: They accept cash, check or credit card. I asked the owner "Do you charge a fee to use a credit card", she said no. I asked did she give a discount for cash and she said no. So she seems not to understand that the credit card company charges her a fee to use a credit card. So I tell you that so you know to use your credit card when buying from them because it will make no difference. You will get your cash back (or points) by using your credit card. I told the owner "I'll use my credit card for the cash back" and she seemed not to understand what I was talking about. Not a dig at her, but these people are "old school" and as nice as you can be. The best customer service I've ever received buying from a company.When it came to the rotary cutter, it turns out they were selling a Fred Cain model from Kentucky. That model is one of the best cutters in the nation. It is so good that Everything Attachments sold them for 20 years until they decided to try to make a better one! I can't believe they were selling such a solid piece of equipment! Fred Cain brush cutters are the tanks of bush hogs!Watt Equipment could definitely advertised more. They have no website and their facebook page hasn't been updated in over a year. I called them by accident and just said "Do you have rotary cutters". The owner (nice lady) said "Yes I do, we sale Fred Cain's"Watt Equipment is a hidden treasure in Dekalb Mississippi that I never knew existed. Absolutely amazing!!!!”

“Is in a very rural place and they always have what I want because I live far away from town and so does the store and when I need something I can go there they always have everything. They sell just about everything. I enjoy their hot dogs. Friendly and kind. Always helpful. Gas is a goid price here. I love going to this store/ gas station. 10 out of 10. I recommend. On the weekend they have people who sell hot food on the side of the store. Try it! Just might find yah something you really like!”
