“After a very stressfull visit to the Gautier store we went to the D'Iberville location. We have since returned on several occassions now and have been greeted and helped and assisted on every visit.

We recently relocated from out of state and are making upgrades to our 1965 house. The move, packing, unpacking, upgrades have been stressfull.

The staff at D'Iberville have redeemed Lowes when I was ready to right them off and never step foot in another Lowes again.

Our first visit to this store we were helped by Jordan (I think) and Landon they helped us find what we needed and offered advice for the one item that was out of stock. Upon returned to make a return and get additional supplies we were greeted and helped. Last night I encountered several very helpful individuals and Allison at check out was a delight! Thank you D'iberville staff!”

“Fantastic experience from the moment I walked in. Eddie, the store manager, met me at the door and immediately made sure I got the help I needed.

Trent then helped me in the hardware/screw aisle, and his customer service was outstanding. I was spending all of about $8, but he treated me with the same attention and effort you'd expect if I were spending $10,000. He took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed and never made me feel rushed.

What really stood out was when another customer came over needing assistance. Rather than splitting his attention and leaving either of us waiting, Trent immediately radioed another employee to come help them while he continued helping me. That's a small thing, but it says a lot about how seriously he takes taking care of customers.

The cashiers were also extremely friendly and welcoming. From Eddie at the door, to Trent's exceptional help, to the cashiers on the way out, this was genuinely some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. This is exactly why I'll choose a good local Ace over a big-box store when I can.”

“I was visiting Biloxi, MS for a few days and after gambling at Hard Rock Casino, I was rewarded with a gift of glass bake wear. The box was extremely heavy without carrying handles of any kind. I needed to make some handles for this box and add additional tape to keep the box secured. I searched Google for hardware stores in Biloxi and to my surprise, up popped the Information about Ellzey's Hardware in Biloxi. I have been to Biloxi many, many times and never needed a hardware store or knew about Ellzey's, a true hidden gem in Biloxi, three easy walking blocks from the Hard Rock and Beau Rivage casinos. The store is a historical landmark and, as you can imagine, is very quaint. It even sports a turret on it's roof. Great landmark for finding the store from a distance. Once inside, I was greeted by Chris, the very helpful manager, who quickly collected the packaging tape for me, as well as some labels, so I could secure my heavy box for airplane transport. The store shelves were stocked full with all kinds of necessary hardware and goods and Chris knew exactly where they all were. I would never have been able to manage to get this heavy box to the airport without that tough and durable Duck Brand packaging tape. So happy to have found Ellzey's and just a short walk from my favorite Biloxi casinos. If you're ever in need of hardware, tools, or even a cell phone charger, don't hesitate to head to Ellzey's. Chris will be there to help you find exactly what you need. I guarantee you will be given excellent service. Ellzey's will be my go to place next time I find myself in a pickle in Biloxi. Casino gift shops do NOT carry packaging tape!!!”

Being a technician, I sometimes don’t have time to wait on tool trucks like Snap On or Cornwell so I find myself here for minor stuff like Icon wrenches/sockets etc. The quality of the products I have purchased from here have been top notch, from the tools to the automotive accessories. “My mower would not start, no click ,clack nothing it was DRT (dead right there). Living on the river anything on the ground has to be mobile. I was unable to move the mower so I call pops ferry sales they told me how to immobilize the brake.
I was expecting a $300 bill. When they call to tell me it was fixed and told me the part was under warranty there wasn’t a charge for the part I was amazed. I WAS EXPECTING $300.00 and I was willing to pay. Thank you POPS FERRY sales.”

“Exceptional!!From now on, I will drive to Gulfport to J Allen, from Hattiesburg to do business with Toyota. This will be local dealership. (Btw, Hattiesburg has a Toyota dealership, if you catch me). I received such urgent care on a recall on my Camry when Hattiesburg wouldn't take the time to even care. Jaylen (sp) was very respectful and had my timely needs in mind!! I was planning to leave on Monday on a 9 hr drive and the brake system malfunctioned (the recall) on Friday and he went above and beyond to get my car fixed and me back on the road when Hattiesburg (for the second time) had no time for me and wouldn't even TRY to work me in. I'm highly impressed with J Allen and will continue to drive an hour from now on!!”

“What a treasure! Everyone here is SO polite, helpful and kind! We recently relocated from out of state and are doing some upgrades to our 1965 home. Everyone at Ocean Springs Lumber has been so helpful. Some days I have made 3 or 4 trips to the store and had encounters with 8 or 10 employees. Returns for have been very easy. They have taken my lengthy lists and walked me thru the store helping and guiding me personally. They made sure I had the right number and correct light bulbs for the lights I purchased, which was so beneficial when you are on information and decision overload. They remember my pick up truck and load it to ensure I can safely drive back home and even open the drivers door for me. Great service from every single person. My supplies and purchases have been of high quality and the prices are very competitve to big box stores. The service, convenience, and especially the welcoming attitude is so refreshing.
