“My salesman Jerry was very easy to deal with, let me dictate the process and was not over bearing like some people can be in his line of work. The finance manger was very helpful and friendly when discussing financing and warranty contracts. I would recommend dealing with either any time.”
“I am very dissatisfied upset with ford motor company handling of this situation i have been purchasing 2 Fords every 2 years for over 30 years. The sunroof exploded outwards because they have a pressure problem in the F150. Ford, this is a 2024 denied the claim. even though there was no impact Never been in this situation before, but credit to the dealer Barnes crossing Ford they did their part. I ended up having to pay for the repair because of a manufacture pressure defect vehicle that's under full warranty that's the issue I have , otherwise, more importantly, blessed my son did not get hurt. I would give Ford Zero stars .I'll give the dealer Barnes crossing Ford 5 stars and their service dept Cecily wonderful to work with goes above and beyond Thank you .”

“Most of the time the people get things right but every once in a while you get the wrong part. The prices are usually really good. On a lot of parts they are cheaper than auto zone and NAPA also has better quality parts.”

As a female customer, I feel confident enough to do business with them even if my husband was not around. The staff takes the time to explain the process of the repair step by step and should I have questions along the way answers them with no problem. “I had an interesting problem Sunday morning. My motorhome jack was buried in asphalt, and I could not get the jack retracted. Joe & Wes went out of their way to help me find some tools and parts to jerry rig something together that might get that jack unglued from Mother Earth. It was a head scratcher. With some parts that I purchased along with a jack stand that I borrowed from someone in the campground, I was finally able to pull it up.
Big shout out to Joe and Wes for helping on this Sunday morning.”

“I called ahead of time and spoke with Zach. I told him I would come before his shift ended. Zach was outside taking a break when I pulled up. He didn't know me, but knew the make, model, year of my car, but not the color. As I pulled up he went inside. Before I even got to the counter, Zach was right there with the parts we discussed I purchase, which I decided on a cheaper than the highest but just as good, all explain before on the phone call. Zach then installed the windshield wipers and made sure they worked properly before I left! Top notch employee and service! Thank you!!”
“Great auto care. It took them an hour or so but they at least got my car oil changed. The guy in charge was very nice. He said they had 3 cars ahead of me, but he is going to try and take care of my car ASAP. And they did. Great price for full synthetic oil change. The also changed my wiper as I had asked them to. Big thanks to him for taking care of me on Friday peek time of 5.30 pm.”

I appreciate him and the time he took to make sure I was content with my purchase and the store was clean and all employees created me kindly.
