We had gone to several other rental properties before stopping here the other ones customer service wasn’t very good. Jessica helped us very much. Thank you Jessica we appreciate your help.”
“Ms Pat was a life saver! I had reserved a unit at Sims but underestimated what size unit I would need after seeing the unit I had reserve. I called Sim and Ms Pat easily switched me into a bigger unit. It was great to not have this incident turn into a stressful situation.
