“Edit:7/17/22 - Raising review score to 4 stars due to the branch manager Steven calling me the next morning to apologize and tell me that the bank had my card. I was asked if I could come in to get the issue resolved, so I came to the branch and spoke with Andrew. He said that CNB had been having issues with online services and card registration and had my card and online account activated within about 10 minutes. Thanks guys!Original review:Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Opened a small business account two weeks ago and have had nothing but issues, especially with online services. I’ve called customer service and sat on hold numerous times only for them to tell me they’ll look into my issues and get back to me. It took about 5 days to get my account opened, almost two weeks to receive my business card, and I am unable to activate the card online or at the ATM. Entered in my PIN multiple times at the ATM and the machine kept my card due to 3 unsuccessful attempts. I will be closing my account Monday and taking my business elsewhere.”

“Although I am a customer, this is not my home branch. I sold a car this morning using Bankplus Dogwood branch to sign and transfer documents. Ms. Pugh at the desk was very helpful, she even made a few copies for me. The teller ran all the currency through the counter and checked to make sure they were all bona fide, and she was very pleasant while doing so. When I was assured the money was the right amount and valid, I deposited same. They were helpful and made me feel secure in what could have been a stressful transaction even though I was unknown to them.”
