“We had a good experience here! It's a small store so most things are easy to find, but if you need help the employees are happy to oblige! There was a super friendly employee who greeted us as we entered, offered to help, and checked us out very quickly. I wish I could have gotten her name so I could honor her! I'm glad this location opened recently!”
“I bought two bags of cat food that were on sale, but when I got home I looked at my receipt and saw that I never got the discount. I returned to the store next day and showed receipt to the young manager on duty, and he said nothing could be done about the overcharge other than write to corporate. I then got an email from Petsmart asking me to rate the store. Of course, I expressed my dismay. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised when the chief store manage, Nathan, took time to personally call me and correct the mistake and also explained why the overcharge had occurred.”
