“Amazing staff. Store was pretty dang big too. Animals looked like they were well taken care of. Wide variety of reptiles. They had bunnies, spiders, snakes, even a monkey to watch. Prices seemed to be on par with online or other shops. Staff was super nice and let my daughter hold the bunny. Will definitely purchase next pet from here.”

“I worked with Alicia and she was great. She understood our living situation—we live in an RV, so no fenced yard, but we walk our dogs several times a day and visit dog parks when we find them. She kept us informed of our dog’s spay and we set up a time to meet. The rescue is a foster setup, not in an actual building.”

“I started ordering from Millbrook last year after my previous supplier became unreliable; crickets would arrive half dead or I wouldn't even get the amount I ordered. On the other hand, Millbrook has never been late will an order, sometimes I'd even get same day shipping if I order early enough. The crickets arrive healthy and I def feel like I get the right amount. I def recommend this place!”
