“Recently, on two separate occasions, I received exceptional service at the Grease Monkey located on Highway 90 in Gautier. The first visit was for an oil change in my daughter’s vehicle after she returned home from college for the summer. The mostly female crew that day checked her oil and informed us that it was super clean. They checked all of her fluids and topped off her tires and advised that she could easily wait for an oil change in another couple months before heading back to college at the end of the summer. I really appreciated their honesty, and they didn’t charge us anything for all the checks they did that day. Today I went in for a full service oil change on my own vehicle, and Shawn was the technician who reviewed services with me. He was extremely courteous and thorough and did not pressure me for add-on services. He highlighted the fact that I could stop in at any location in between services if I ever needed a fluid top off or tire pressure check. I wanted to write a review because the employees at this location seem to be very hardworking and genuinely care about providing a high level of customer service. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.”

“Dale did a great job on my 2013 Convertible Corvette. He told me the starter on it melted, and that's why the Corvette wouldn't start up, even though all the power to the headlights and AC was still coming on. Anyway, he replaced the starter with a new one and also replaced the negative battery terminal cord with a new one. Now my 2013 Convertible Corvette works and feels like a brand new car, and it takes off faster too. He also put all four jack pads underneath my Corvette, as I asked him to, so that the rocker panels would not get damaged when jacks up the car. He didn't put any scratches or dents on it, so that's definitely a bonus to me. I highly recommend you take your vehicles to Gautier Automotive because the labor is only $80.00 per hour. Don't go to the car dealerships; they will try to charge you $199.00 per hour.”
