“I had trouble with a small air pump I purchased from H. F. a little over a month ago. The connector at the end of the hose was damaged. I took it in this afternoon to purchase a replacement hose. MaKayla and Mandy were the young ladies helping me. I think I have the names correct. They were so helpful and offered to replace the pump completely with a brand new one. I want to thank them very much and I will certainly continue to do business with them.”
