“I had a really stressful situation while traveling back to Mobile from Baton Rouge with my twins when my car started having issues. I stopped at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Gulfport, and Jason was incredibly helpful. He was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way I could actually understand. Because of him, I felt confident making the best decision for my family instead of guessing in a stressful moment. I’m honestly so thankful we stopped at this location—I don’t know what we would’ve done otherwise. Jason made a tough situation a lot easier, and that kind of customer service really stands out.”

“Great customer service goes a LONG way. And this place delivers on that! And they carry the Trojan battery brand we require for demanding applicarions at a great price. Highly recommend this place for any battery need.”

“Our family is visiting Biloxi/Gulfport from out of state for the holidays. Our headlamp stopped working unexpectedly. We called O’Reilly Auto Parts near my mother’s home and Daniel answered our call. He explained that depending on the vehicle, they can replace the bulb for us. I drove to O’Reilly Auto Parts and Daniel was able to find the bulb we needed AND replace the bulb in 10 minutes! Great customer service and affordable prices (less than $22!). 🙏 Thanks Daniel and thanks O’Reilly Auto Parts Courthouse Road, Gulfport!! 🚙”

“Clean... Organized... Customer service was outstanding but my wife said a homeless man on a BMX bike came up to her open window in the parking lot and our dog protected her and my son, didn't like that! He was looking to steal something out of our truck... there's a big problem in this area...”
