“I visited the store on two consecutive days. The store was busy. Both times I was there was during lunch hours. The checkout line was long both days but not unbearable. My cashier was Don both days. What a delightful gentleman. His upbeat attitude made the wait worth it. On the second day I returned one of my items. This day he was working the register alone, this creating a long line. After each customer he would wipe down the area for the next customer. Don remembered the other items I bought the day before and asked if they were OK. I was so impressed. This young man deserves a raise. P.S.....what I noticed was the impatient and rude customers, once they got to his window calmed down. That's a employee you want to keep.”
