“This is my most favorite Nautica store ever. The male employee (K) is my favorite employee ever and the reason I have a Nautica line item in my budget. We Or in Gulfport several times a year and this Nautica store is always my first visit. And this gentleman is always the reason why I will come back. The store is beautiful. It’s always well put together. It always looks absolutely impeccable but the customer service I am provided is second to none and if this gentleman isn’t in the store when I come in. I look around and I come back to make sure that when I buy I buy from him just in case they get commission.”
“Sales ladies were super helpful. Polite and helped search for your matching items. Dressing rooms are clean and pretty. Chico's has great embroidery clothing. Nice fabric and clothing one if a kind. Little pricey but worth it. Brittany was very pleasant. This was in Mississippi. I will stop at every chico's driving through the States.”

“Service was good and very courteous but I was disappointed. They had sold out of everything I went in to buy, which was good for them I guess. But after that they didn't have anything else in the store I wanted. I needed it in Ladies sizes and they only had it in plus size. A week before that they had it in Ladies sizes but I didn't have the money.”
“This place is absolutely wonderful! My wife and I went in looking around and came in to contact with a young lady there named Alysia, she was perfect, great professional appearance, knowledgeable in all products and current sales and wow what a sales rep, she showed my wife a package sale going on for labor day sale, walked my wife through the deal even stayed next to my wife helping her to select and style products together! She was one of those employees that if you find them you better never let them leave, she has gained permanent customers with us and will ask for her by name! Greatness 10/10!”

But this is my go to clothing store & every single time I have a return or forget a coupon they’re always so patient and apologetic to me when I’m the customer that’s making the process longer at checkout. “I was looking for this bag everywhere but my local stores were sold out and the resellers were up-charging. I posted about it on Facebook on a Kate Spade page and Ms. Hollie Oliver reached out to me saying her store had one left.
I didn’t know Kate Spade takes orders through text and I expected that the bag would be a floor model (which I was also fine with), but to my surprise, it wasn’t!
It was completely new from the warehouse and packaged thoughtfully. I also appreciated the notes that were written on the box because it was sweet to read as I opened it. They went above and beyond even with the hurricane that passed by.
The bag is BEAUTIFUL and I can’t stop staring at it. I’ve already received many compliments. I’m super grateful Hollie reached out to me—especially for the price I was able to purchase it for.
