“Love renting from this location! The staff are amazing women and they always have a car for me! I’ve been in there when they’ve had some unruly customers and they were as professional as can be! People can be nasty to these women but they always are professional! I used to rent from enterprise but these women have had my business for 4 years now. Love love love them. 10/10 service!”
“We used Grove Transit to carry us to our cruise port and to pick us up. There were 27 of us. Renikia handled the booking for us. She was so easy to work with! A huge van, a regular van and an SUV were waiting for us at our pickup spot. Harry and Mary and Sherrika were great. We did wait about 30 minutes for return pickup but Sherrika was in constant contact. Heavy traffic at the dock was the problem. Great trip home. I will definitely use them again. Awesome job Grove Transit.”
“Maria and darnesha do a phenomenal job! Please don’t let these nasty comments deter you! I’ve used them for years and I’ve never had a complaint! When people don’t read the policies like they should they leave nasty reviews on the employees. They’re just doing their jobs and they are doing an amazing job! I’ve rented for business and personal use and both times were great. Every car I’ve gotten was nice and clean even if I had to wait for it to be clean but it wasn’t a long wait and I didn’t mind. I’ve recommend my family and friends and I think you guys should to.”
