“A bargain shop had 75% off everything in the store for the weekend. Great place to find good deals. Most of the stuff comes from Ace hardware stores that went out of business or insurance claims.Great place to find a good bargain”
“I have found some great deals and the employees are always very helpful when I'm searching for something specific. The other day is was Waterproof playing cards to use by the pool. They had a number of options. Don't always go by the website shows because online is showed most were out of stock but there were multiple types in stock.”
“I always find something here and their prices are much, much better than Goodwill. The store is well organized and not cramped or overstocked. The aisles are wide and buggies are provided. Its one of the best thrift stores in Hattiesburg.”
“Who doesn't love a bargain?! Very interesting menagerie of stuff at bargain prices. Everything from shoes, (including cleats), clothing, makeup, and hand sanitizer to carpet shampooers, lawn tools, school supplies and light bulbs, this place has something for everyone! Convenient location and you can get a haircut next door, in a very manly mancave themed shop and get a free drink! (They have sodas, waters and icees too). I'll definitely be stopping by again!”
“The very loud recorded welcome made me jump as I entered. Then the security guard on the loud speaker asking the staff member if everything was okay was also startling. But I am pleased to know that DG cares enough to take these safety precautions.”
“This is one of the better Dollar Generals they have a lot in stock and lots of room to shop unlike most Dollar Generals that are small. This one is worth going out of the way for if you can because they have a lot more items than most Dollar Generals”

“If you're looking for an in and out kinda store then this is it. You can run in and usually find what you're looking for rather quickly. When I'm in there I sometimes find something that I didn't know they had. I do like to browse the isles though. Really like shopping @ #dollargeneral.”
“It seems like there's always something new here. English Muffins and bagels today. I'm not a fan of the non dollar items though. In my opinion specialty stores should stick to what they do best.
The staff are courteous, and the manager even stopped to talk to us about what items we liked. This location is a bit smaller than others, but that's worth it for being right down the sidewalk from lots of other shopping, like target and Books A Million. I like when I don't have to keep getting in and out of the car, so shopping center locations like this are preferable to isolated buildings. Sure it's crowded but that just shows that people like shopping here.
Overall a positive on the location, but the company could stand to course correct on their newer business practices.”
