Eagle Flatts in Hattiesburg offers spacious student apartments near the University of Southern Mississippi. The gated, pet-friendly community features a clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style pool, and hot tub. The application and move-in process is easy, and the property is kept fairly clean. The office staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The maintenance team is fantastic, full of awesome guys who go out of their way to solve any troubles quickly and with a good attitude. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Residents find the apartments very comfortable, always feel safe, and highly recommend it as a nice place to live.
I don't have a review but my daughter is talking about this place to move into next semester. To the owner what changes will be made to make sure all of these negative posts are rectified?

The maintenance workers are fantastic! Cranston and Rob go out of their way to solve any troubles quickly and do so with a good attitude. They are one of my favorite parts of living here!
