“I had a wonderful experience at the lakes which I can happily call home , the apartments are well built and the granite countertops just add an extra bonus to the look. The maintenance of the residential area as well as the lawns is timely done. I love the fact that it had an outdoor kids play area and beautiful lawns for my daughter to play. I lived in a one bedroom apartment and it was very spacious for a small family like mine. I will always remember it as a place where I enjoyed beautiful days of my life and welcomed my second born. Highly recommended for new comers who want a safe and happy place for themselves and their families in hattiesburg!”

I’m not going to lie, I was a little underwhelmed with the space. It was so close in proximity, and the actual room area seemed smaller than I was expecting. My sister lived in these apartments 2017-2019 and I remember the room being more spacious.”
