His attitude, professionalism, friendliness, attentiveness, attention to detail, knowledge of products and information was astounding ! In all the years we have dealt with Home Depot employees through the course of building 2 homes and countless home projects we have only encountered one other that was half the employee he was. He went above and beyond for us hunting cabinets they did not have in stock and calling other stores to have them ready for pick up cause everything is 4-12 weeks out for custom cabinets and/or deliveries.”

“Help is sometimes hard to find almost nonexistent !!!! Whoever is answering the phone needs to be taught the proper protocol. I’ve been on the phone for almost 2 hours today trying to check on an existing order. We spend thousands of dollars there a month through our businesses and unfortunately it’s almost like they do not care about the customer anymore, after the ninth time of me calling, I specifically ask for one person at the project managers desk and she thought she had hung up but I could hear her talking in the background laughing about transferring me and putting me on hold. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I cannot stand going there anymore. I will be trying to seek other places for my purchases !! You can’t get customer service on the phone. You can’t get the contractor side on the phone. You can’t get the appliances on the phone. You can’t get any help from anybody. I realize help is hard to find these days for we too own a business, but I would never allow my employees to treat people the way they treat their customers. It’s a shame !!!”

After the laurel store screwed me over and dragged me around for 2 days they made it extremely simple to buy a new tool box and had me in and out in half an hour.
