“Customer service is always great; the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside is that there are no chairs especially for the elderly or disabled. I would highly recommend this location out of all of the others I have visited.”

“I had called the automated assist and had a horrible time. It was awful. I asked for new service and it gave instructions on troubleshooting. I asked for a call back and they told me to wait on the line for the next representative. I was beyond frustrated. I called the local store and spoke to a very nice lady, who understood my pain and helped me to get new service set up. Her name was Amber; she was very delightful to talk to. She didn't talk down to me like a lot of associates do, she was humble and helpful. If it wasn't for it being a waste of a good associate I would recommend her for management. She was one of a kind. Thank you Amber for your help.l”

“I dropped in to upgrade my old phone and switch over to a new data plan, and the entire process was an absolute breeze. The retail store was clean and modern, and the representative who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different plan options and didn't try to pressure me into buying features I didn't need. They got my new device activated in just a few minutes and even helped transfer all my old photos and contacts so I didn't lose anything. The 5G coverage has been blazing fast and reliable everywhere I have traveled since leaving the store.”

“First off I just want to say the service is amazing! Akil Powe is hands down one of the most professional cellular specialists I’ve come across. Amazing customer service and tech knowledge. Came in looking to switch from my old provider and Akil made the process seamless. The only downside to the experience was the wait time, but that’s the only thing.”

“I have been a customer with this company for over 5 years and the store in Hattiesburg, MS is where I go to for any Metro business. Great customer service everytime. I even ordered an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Flip4 from Ebay and brought it to the store and the lady hooked it right up for me, no problem and kept my same phone number.”
