Everything was great, but rat ate some of our boxes. We reported it and it was never cleaned up nor fixed where the rodent entered.

Staff was very professional and informative. I never give the highest rating bc working in the public industry myself, I feel there is always room for improvement and growth. But would definitely recommend storage sense if need extra space for storage
