“We noticed many of our items had been eaten by rats. These items were in Rubbermaid totes. We thought they would be safe. Needless to say the rats got in there and chewed through many of our priceless Christmas items. We couldn’t get the rat feces off the items and as previously stated we thought they were safe in what we packed them in. We notified the management and nothing was done. We went back and checked and nothing was done. Rat feces was over much of our Christmas boxes, and those were in the plastic bins that they chewed through. The Management never bothered to come clean up the mess or fix the hole where they chewed through to enter our storage unit, It was the roof that they came in through.”

“I have a storage unit for my son who is attending college. The process and communication has been easy and professional from the beginning. Any time I’ve had questions, they were quick to answer and staff is very friendly. I would recommend!”
“I contracted for a 16x8x8 Pod to be delivered to the house in order to store items while parts of the house are remodeled. The initial contact went very well. Subsequent attempts to talk to a real live person were unsuccessful; all communication was through email, or AI on the phone. There was also a contract that is 13 pages long that must be signed electronically. I contracted for the Pod to be placed on the grass. I was told by the driver, on the morning of the delivery, that they do NOT place the Pod on the grass in Mississippi. That caused me problems no end. The driver of the delivery truck, Kyle, was very good. He was very respectful, very competent and very helpful. He is one of the good guys. Actual delivery went very well w the Pod being placed in the driveway. I took photos of the Pod as did my daughter, and Kyle. The Podzilla is an amazing piece of machinery. Kyle used it very competently to take the Pod off the truck, turn it around, and place it just where we needed it. Overall, the initial contact and the delivery went very well. My contractor is already loading it with boxes and furniture.”

“I highly recommend Bean Moving & Storage. We moved from Mississippi to Georgia. We have moved cross country several times. This move was the best experience from beginning to end. Jimmy communicated with us throughout the process and was always available to answer questions and gave great insight into the process. Both crews were excellent! No damage to our furniture or either home. Our items were in storage for several months while we looked for a house everything arrived in perfect condition. I knew our belongings were in good hands and it took so much stress out of the process.”

“This storage is the only one that was big enough for my furniture. I don't have a vehicle so when I try to leave, I have to get someone to open the gate from the outside or I can't leave. There should be some way to open the gate from the inside.”
“Great building at a great price! Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the company stated a free disc lock was located on the floor of my unit, and there wasn't one.”

“I had a pretty good experience here. I had two drop-offs because I had transported an empty trailer for them. The young lady who helped me the first day was quite friendly and helpful. The second drop-off was okay. The sign says to wait with the vehicle, and I did. When no one came out, I figured they were busy, and I went inside. There was one young man in a U-Haul shirt scrolling on his phone, and the young lady at the desk seemed to be on a personal call. Both acknowledged me and were friendly, but I wondered if they had even known I had pulled up. The young lady said I would receive my receipt in 45 minutes to an hour. Instead, the truck was not checked in for 3 hours according to the receipt. I was beginning to get concerned. The experience was not bad. It just could have been better.”
