“There is an Automated machine in office for Check-in so got checked-in as soon as reach there & got the Text Message for acknowledgement.
Then received another Text message of Door Allocation around 7:30 am for 8:00 am for pickup. Got loaded by 8:00 am then pulled up to office where got Papers printed on that same Automated machine & the guy put seal on the Trailer. Left premises by 8:30 am. Overnight Parking is available plus Love's Stop is only 2 miles away.”

“No overnight parking…
Basically just followed the advice of other drivers.
Showed up at 0400, had a 0430 appointment.. you follow a clockwise direction around the facility and park in a small and tight holdover area then you walk to the S/R office. They will ask you to slide the tandems and put your trailer into a door, you dolly down and disconnect, and then you go to bobtail area and wait for them to unload you. I gotta knock on my door 40 minutes later and I went back and hooked up to my trailer and was gone.
Paperwork was left in the back of the trailer.”
