“I love the store so clean Alex, Terrance,brenda was so helpful and I fought everything I was looking for me and my husband had been looking for awesome cleaning supplies and no one had it not even Walmart or superlo but this store had every different one of them then team was so nice and helpful and even the mgn told me how to order on line and pick up in the store I've been to several dollar trees and they can't compare I stay in South Haven but it is worth the travel they have everything stocked so nice and neat they making sure they are speaking to everyone love this store and everyone in it this the best one I ever seen so far”

“Well, this one seems to be the best around in horn lake and Southaven. They did have a lot in the aisles but you could tell they were actively stocking. Most dollar generals just pile boxes in the aisles for weeks at a time.”

“Don’t let the exterior fool you — Lit Jr. on Winchester is a hidden gem! The inside of the store is clean, neat, and well-organized. Every shelf is stocked, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping it that way. It’s always a pleasant surprise to walk into a store where things are easy to find. “Picked up few items on 12/30/22 @dollargeneral @ 302/tchulahoma in Southaven Ms. I was impressed. The store was neat/clean/quiet. The shelves were stocked & displayed perfectly. As soon as 3 people were in line the man who I assume was the Mgr opened a register & began ringing up customers. I believe the sign in the window said Joseph Douglas-Manager. I could be wrong but I noticed it twice going in/coming out. Eitherway well done to the Mgr & staff :)”

“Dollar general over here on Winchester they just remodeled it and put new freezers in it and the store looks way better than it did and the merchandising is better too that I always love the girls that work at their extremely nice”
“Hardware Clearance Section -ON STEROIDS!& Everything will be HALF-OFF the lowest ticket price at the register!If you always visit the clearance section/end cap of your favorite hardware store, then this place is your CLEARANCE HARDWARE MECCA! I found it! So, this is where all the hardware clearance stuff must go. I see all the familiar brands from the hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, etc.). Tools, paint, plumbing, electrical, PPE, garden supplies, A/C filters, etc. The Bad News: - They may not have exactly what you are looking for (only discontinued items).- All sales are final! No returns.- Even though it's organized, it may take some time to find your specific item.- On 3 different visits, there is always glass scattered in the parking lot. Not a good sign. Are cars frequently being broken in to? Or have they still not cleaned the lot? So far, I've made over 3 visits and no complaints. My purchases work just fine -from tools to lawn sprinklers. I found a great deal on PPE apparel (high quality cooling vests for $10 and long sleeve cooling shirts for just $5!) Some days have random specials -like 65% off all plumbing or electrical! Take my advice, visit this place first, it may save you some money!”

“Visited on 11/24/22 from Indiana. This store is much bigger, but the shelves needed to be stocked. Plenty of merchandise was still in the boxes. The prices are much better here. I found a lot items that were about $2 less than Indiana prices. I was pleased at that part.”

I recently moved my company down the street to a new office, and oh my goodness—the lady working there has been nothing but kind and welcoming. I wish I had gotten her name, but she seemed like the manager. Such a nice lady with absolutely no issues at all. The customer service was top-notch!”
“I want to mention about the young women that worked the evening of 5/8 around 5-6pm I believe....I came in with my son n had trouble finding a item and (etc). She was so patient and helpful I could tell that she is a people person her customer service was great and great customer service for sum reason is hard to find nowadays but when you find you have to commend it.”
“I have been going to this dollar general for over a year now. Since Mary, the store has tremendously changed for the better! The store now is clean and does not have clutter. “UPDATE November 30... Dark parking lot, bad security lights on south side of building parking light post completely out. this store has gotten very trashy, stuff all over the floors, employees are rude. Cash register number 2 supposedly broken.”

“Like most stores during the ice storm they were out of eggs, milk and bread. They were open reduced hours on the second day. My granddaughter was called in and i had to wait 45 minutes for her manager to get there. The roads were really nasty. I had thought that they might have scapped the ice off their parking lot. They finnaly did on day 4. This was the worst ice storm i had seen since i was a kid. Fun time for all.”
“This is a very organized and cool mow price bargained store. It's well stocked the merchandise is displayed neatly. The lighting isn't too bright, the prices are reasonable. The employees are very helpful and polite. I love the array of items in the store. From clothing to indoor and outdoor house furniture.”

“The staff working tonight 10/26/24 might have just saved my life. I went in to get one thing and I still browsed some aisles because it’s what I always do. Gotta see the latest and greatest. Anyway, I went to check out and Lex (the girl at the register) and another young guy (I forgot to ask for his name) asked me if there was a guy with me. I said no and they proceeded to tell me that this older man had been following me around the store and watching me. I’m usually good about picking up on this kind of stuff so I was shocked. I asked the worker to walk me out to my car and he said absolutely and they all reassured me they had my back. I really from the bottom of my heart appreciate the kindness they showed me tonight. It’s rare to find others looking out for one another so thank y’all so much.”
