“They built my 2010 dodge ram transmission on the bench, I installed it. The torque converter had a failure. They warrantied everything. Fast forward almost a year. I had some issues with some solenoids in the valve body. They brought it in and rebuilt the valve body, replaced the solenoids, and the fluid. Covered it 100% no charge. Truck is at 100% now. I can’t say enough good about these guys. They really took care of me. All the failures weren’t related to their workmanship and they still came out of pocket to make my truck right. Absolutely outstanding work. If I could give 10 stars I would. I got so much more work for you guys. Thank you for taking care of me.”

“We recently bought a used Ram 2500. The truck had a bit over 135k miles, so we planned to have the transmission drained and filled & the 4wd gearbox serviced before bringing it home, as the carfax records had no record of it ever being done. We dropped it off at Thweatt Transmission & received a call a few minutes later that the truck was leaking antifreeze. We knew the radiator had been flushed shortly before we bought the truck. Turns out that radiators now are not like the old days of all metal and flushing it likely caused increased pressure leading to a rupture. We asked if they could replace the radiator, water pump & thermostat while it was in for transmission & 4wd gearbox service. They were able to do the repairs for us. Their service was exceptional! Not only did they make the needed repairs, they went the extra mile of cleaning carbon deposits from the engine. This involved soaking it in seafoam for 2 days. They called to ask if we wanted to replace the cooling lines running underneath the intake as they were old & worn. We asked that they proceed as well. Ultimately the repairs were more involved than we originally expected, but they were very reasonable on pricing. This is a small shop, so even though repairs may not always happen as fast as a dealership, their service more than makes up for this! We would use them again without hesitation.”

“After searching for a reliable new service center for my vehicle, I decided to visit this shop based on their positive reputation—and they did not disappoint. The team is exceptionally professional, showcasing a high level of technical skill and a genuine passion for their craft. What truly sets them apart is their attention to detail; they proactively identified and corrected several subpar repairs left behind by my previous mechanic. I am particularly grateful to have worked with Allen, whose honesty and integrity made the entire experience seamless. It is a relief to have finally found a shop I can trust.”

“Really knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. Had a car emergency on a thursday. They were able to look at it. Same day and get it back to me by the end of day friday. I caught them on a good week, but they were very nice and attentive. The shuttle service they offer is a wonderful addition. They were able to take me to work and pick me up from work. When the car was ready.”

“Everyone I spoke to or interacted with at Winchester Tire obviously understands what customer service is all about. My car I needed to be aligned. I dropped it off at 7:30am and it was ready in less than two hours. This was in stark contrast to my experience with the business I first took my car to for the alignment. I chose that shop because they are part of a well known chain and more convenient to me. The difference in service between that first business and Winchester Tire is 180 degrees apart. I wasted my time and money at the first place and my car was still not aligned properly. It is WORTH driving a little further to get first class service from friendly, competent people at a great price and in a reasonable amount of time. I will give Winchester Tire future business and recommend them to anyone.”

“One of my company trailers broke down near Memphis on a Saturday afternoon. They did a roadside repair to get our trailer to the next job on time. Couldn't believe how fast they were and a good price! Could have gouged us for repairs but that's not what they are about. I see they have a well earned great reputation. Thanks for the rescue!”

“Needed a trailer tire replaced. My company was going to send me to the Loves down the street I said nope find me another place didn't want to deal with the lizards in this heat while waiting at the Loves. So my company found STM and let me tell you I'm happy I came here. Professional staff the young lady inside professional and respectful and had a beautiful smile. Took all my info and told me what bay to wait by. I watched all the mechanics work and in this heat they were quick and knew what their doing. No one was lazy no one had an attitude and everything went smooth. Will definitely recommend this place.”
