Just when my mechanic lost my return receipt and all the cashier workers here were adamant about their no receipt no return policy, the most AMAZING manager, Sean, absolutely made my day and let me know that there were still really good people out here who are willing to go above and beyond to help! He was was to locate the store copy of my receipt through the credit card purchase I used. He didn't have to do that, but I sure do appreciate his thoughtfulness and willingness to help. He saved me from having to make another $300 purchase! That's what I call A-1 customer service! Wish there were a few more like him out here!!!!
