He was honest and up front every step of the way before, during, and after the sale. Best car salesman I ever met and first one I really felt cares about his customers. Not pushy, no lies or empty promises, and just an all around nice person. The rest of the staff was helpful and nice as well. I liked the no haggle pricing at the dealership and the quality of the inventory is better than I found at any of the other classic dealerships the week I spent looking for a car. Prices are extremely fair and the free powertrain warranty they offer beat everyone else hands down. I would definitely buy from them again and have already told a few people about my experience and they are planning on looking there as well. Thanks again Chance!”

“Auto Universe for the win! My review is a little late, but better late than never. I was in the market for a Lexus truck for the wife, and in my search came across one that fit the ticket here at Auto Universe. After dealing with several dealerships across the lower half of the states, most dealerships came with some BS when you asked for pricing on paper. Prices would change drastically from the advertised price once you got that piece of paper sent too you. What sold me on these folks was the clarity of the quote. I asked for pricing, both financing and out the door, and I was thoroughly impressed. No BS fees added into the documentation or none of the like. Thats what sold me. I had already done my research on the vehicle and knew what I was getting into. The whole buying process was very smooth and easy, and both Tony and Mr. Sunny took very good care of my wife and I while there. We did encounter some minor braking issues after taking the vehicle and getting home with it, but Mr. Sunny took care of the situation in a very timely manner. Overall Im very pleased with the dealership and the everyone there! Look forward to possibly getting another vehicle pretty soon, and may possibly come from them as well!”
