“Auto Universe for the win! My review is a little late, but better late than never. I was in the market for a Lexus truck for the wife, and in my search came across one that fit the ticket here at Auto Universe. After dealing with several dealerships across the lower half of the states, most dealerships came with some BS when you asked for pricing on paper. Prices would change drastically from the advertised price once you got that piece of paper sent too you.
What sold me on these folks was the clarity of the quote. I asked for pricing, both financing and out the door, and I was thoroughly impressed. No BS fees added into the documentation or none of the like. Thats what sold me. I had already done my research on the vehicle and knew what I was getting into.
The whole buying process was very smooth and easy, and both Tony and Mr. Sunny took very good care of my wife and I while there. We did encounter some minor braking issues after taking the vehicle and getting home with it, but Mr. Sunny took care of the situation in a very timely manner. Overall Im very pleased with the dealership and the everyone there! Look forward to possibly getting another vehicle pretty soon, and may possibly come from them as well!”

“I normally don't take the time to post good or bad reviews, but wanted to take a moment to give Charles Oliver in sales praise for providing excellent customer service. Back in February 2026, I purchased a vehicle with the extended warranty option. I found Charles to very knowledgeable and professional through the process. The vehicle developed a minor oil leak and I was having some difficulties getting scheduled a courtesy vehicle with the shop due to their backlog. I called Charles and he stepped in, worked with the shop to coordinate getting me a loaner and kept me in the loop. At the end of the day I would consider Charles a high performing associate and appreciate his dedication providing excellent customer.
