“Nice People, Fast Unloading, Clean Restrooms, alot of space to maneuver open at 6AM. But not Overnight Parking and they recommend not to park on road nearby, its Not safe. In and Out In One Hour….. ??????”

“Good experience all around. Got here 2 hours before my drop. Was unloaded before my actual appointment time. Gate guard, receiver, and yard dog were all friendly to interact with. Of course, I believe in being courteous first, tends to go well wherever I go. I really think that a lot of people that have negative reviews for the places they go is because they had a nasty attitude to begin with. Smile, be courteous, and respectful most people tend to respond in kind.”

I delivered to ste 470 dock 3. The entire staff was super nice from the gentleman that guided me to driver check in (down the hall on your left) to the friendly young man (intrigued by long trip from Cali) at the receiving desk to the unloader! They got me in & out under an hour!

“The main side at the road is only for pickups, shipping, not deliveries. Wish they had a sign,, but someone came and told me, after i finally got into a dock. Those huge craters, there's at least 2, that someone posted about over a year ago... still there .. and bad .. right where you need to back up. I'm glad i won't be picking up here .. delivery is MUCH BETTER!
Was happy that i got to go around to the other docks, exact opposite of the building .. go around, go through a gate, then there's about 13 doors .. just go in and they'll tell you which one .. tandems back, truck off, and wait .. not too bad here .. first come first serve.”

“Arrived at 8:15a for a 10a pickup.. no sit time i ring the buzzer to left of gate check in for shipping is 1st grey door once you are thur gate.. once i got the correct pickup number which starts with a 907 i was given door and loaded right away.. great place to pick up for me maybe a hour in and out.. thanks guys
