“I'm giving O'Reilly 5 stars because their part was half the cost of the dealership and the same part. This O'Reilly's is located on Northside drive. I called them to see if they had the part I was blessed enough to speak with Trey. He searched to see if they had the part and informed me that there was one in stock. When I got there he still had the information in front of him on the counter. He was very courteous and professional. And for a business owner like me that is very important. So O'Reilly you guys are very blessed to have Trey on your staff he is a true professional. Thank you for getting me in and out with no snags.”

“Top notch customer service! I took a car battery in to have it charged, unfortunately it couldn't take a charge because it was bad. This location, Terry Road, didn't have the battery for my car, so the staff warrantied it and I was able to pick it up at the Ellis Ave. location. Thank you to the staff at both locations.”
