“Took my car (Audi) there that morning about 9:30-10:00 because my a/c went out. That's one of the places where my insurance told me to take it. I left it there for them to do the work. About 3:00 that evening they called me and said my car is ready. It's been blowing snowballs every since. Thx u Auto One we will be doing business again.”

“First off, you don't have to get out of your car. Then it doesn't take that long for the inspection and oil change to be completed. The employees were very nice, friendly and informative. This was such a great experience.
Update:The customer service was fine. They were friendly.It's the prices of the recommendations that's the problem. Everyone who comes to get an oil change doesn't own a new vehicle. Some people came to get an oil change only, then they end up leaving needing $5000 or more to have the recommendations fixed that they were told was needed.”

“My car turned off in the middle of a day trip and I had 2 hours before I needed to leave Jackson. The manager, Brad, was honest that there was a tight window and that there was a good chance that they would not be able to complete the job in time. I had no other option so I took it to the Car Care Clinic and started to make plans to rent a car from Enterprise so I would be out of town in time. The manager took a look at the engine, saw the alternator that needed to be replaced, and did his best to help me. Everyone moved so fast that I was able to leave Jackson just in time. They saved me two trips and a night in a hotel and a rental! Every penny was worth it. Great secretary up front, friendly, fast service. What more could you ask for? THANKS!!!”

You basically get the bare bones service, nothing extra. Don't expect full service, going out of the way experience.”
